Accessibility performance solutions to enable the branded stair design
The main designs originated from overseas and Ventura Building Certification were on hand to ensure the requirements of the Australian Building Code were understood, in particular YSL sought to use many oversees products and finishes. The project underwent many changes and Ventura were able to accommodate these changes by ensuring staged and amended Building Permits were issued to enable the contractor to continue on site.
KitKat Chocolatery

Ventura Building Surveyors acted as the Private Certifier for Australia’s flagship KitKat Chocolatery store in Sydney. Working with McCredie Group we issued a Complying Development Certificate and Occupation Certificate for the fit out works.

This well-known bar and restaurant in Newcastle, was damaged during a fire. We assisted with the refurbishment by issuing multiply certificates so the project could begin quickly. There was also a performance solution regarding an accessible ramp.
